Group therapy can be a powerful tool. It assists each member by allowing them to see similar challenges in the lives of others. You are not alone.
How it works
Groups are run by a therapist in our practice. A variety of topics are presented and worked through by the group members. The more you participate the more benefits you will receive.
Therapy duration
Groups can last as little as an hour and as long as three hours. It all depends on what the therapist has planned for each session.
Results
Often group members find comradery and connection. This helps feelings of isolation and separation. Members often learn as much from their members as they do from their therapist.
